Modifying sharp edges of Apple magic keyboard

Hi there, i have little bizzare problem with my magic keyboard. I have skin allergy(dishydrosis ) on that sharp sillicone edges of keyboard. If iam holding front or back of keyboard usually no problem ( it can be solved with d-brand) Did someone meet this type of problem? Dont you have some idea how to modify that edges ( not to look to ugly), f.e. some leather tape or something similar. I dont want to change for brydge or logitech one. Thank you in advince
