It'd be pretty damn hard... First of all, you'd need to find a video site that serves video in H.246 format... Secondly, YouTube.app is a youtube dedicated app... so you'd need a near total re-vamp of the whole thing to make it be able to search the site you want, find thumbnails, and video info. It'd be a near impossible feat, and it would be simpler to start from scratch.
