Mods/Admins please read!

One gets asked to join by the current admins/mods. One doesn't just sign up to be one

To be considered, I would think helpfulness, level-headiness, consistency, and post quality over time all play a role

If you're looking to become a mod yourself, I wouldn't bet on it.

BUT I am also interested in how mods are chosen. That could be "confidential" stuff though, idk. On most forums I know of, the admin(s) pretty much just choose some respectable people after they've built trust. But with a forum this big, it seems like that method would be hard.
