Using the Modular watch face on my SE.
The Activities graph in the middle part is showing some tiny green dots, spread out in the second row from the bottom up.
They're green, therefor seem to belong to the Training part. I did not intentionally put them there.
What do these represent ?

They are representing exercise minutes. You can get them with brisk walking too.
 
Thanks for clarifying this, interesting info. I should pay attention to what exactly is triggering it.
Exercise gets triggered by all sorts of random things. I wouldn't worry about it. Those tiny dots probably represent a minute or two of "exercise" each. If you really want, you can delve into the Health app on your phone and find the exact time the watch thought you did those mini-exercise, but you probably won't remember what exactly you were doing at that minute.
