Do you think Apple will ever offer such an option or phone?

Choose your size, your camera, thinness (or thickness), screen display, processor, etc.

In theory, you could have an iPhone with an Air body, a 17 Pro camera bump on the back, the A19 Pro chip, and essentially have some of the better or more desirable features of both phones (Air and 17P) with a bit of compromise (i.e, larger camera bump on the back, but still a very thin overall design).

No, because Apple decides what's best (in their opinion) for the customer and makes a custom product.

Does Apple let you choose between running tvOS and macOS? The TV has HDMI, so why not?

Does Apple import two models of iPhone and let you choose between SIM and eSIM? It's a cinch, right? They already have the assembly lines for both.

I think there is zero chance.

I said something similar in another thread. I would love to have an iphone with replaceable back and sized that don't need an additional case. You just plug and play the style you want, and replace if they get damaged. As well have the ability to pop off the back and easily put in a fresh battery. That would be awesome for me, but likely wouldn't see, and even if it did, there is zero chance of them offering a phone like this.
