Mojave 10.14.3 update reset logins?

Did something change in this update?
Seems like when I load up safari, and go to gmail, Reddit, etc, I have to re-login now. Also since update I have to log in EVERY time I visit amazon. Something change that I didn’t read about?
 
It is not new with 10.14.3, but could you have accidentally checked block all cookies in this Safari pane?

What you are describing sounds like it is not saving cookies for these sites.
