Is it possible to make an app continue to run in User1’s account, while switched to User2’s account?
I ask because in El Capitan Peak Hour 4 continues to monitor/graph network traffic in User1’s account, while switched to User2’s account. But in Mojave Peak Hour 4 stops monitoring the traffic while switched to User2. The following graphs show the difference between how Peak Hour 4 runs in El Capitan (MacBook Pro) and Mojave (Mac Mini). Peak Hour 4 was running in User1’s account then switched to User2’s account on both Macs at the same time, then switched back after roughly a minute.

In El Capitan Peak Hour 4 continued to monitor and graph the network traffic.

But in Mojave Peak Hour 4 stopped graphing the traffic while switched to User2’s account.
Both Macs are running the same version of Peak Hour 4 downloaded from the App store.
