Mojave latest Security update permission problems!

After the update I have big problems with my permissions. I can not throw files in the bin, it says I dont have permission to do so?

The only permissions I have now is System, Wheel and Everyone, not my computername=user? Before it was my computername, Staff and Everyone.

My external hard drive with thunderbolt loses contact with my mac from time to time.

I can not repair the permissions and not even repair the hard drive=First Aid in disk utility?

Anybody else got this problems?

Looks like 2020-005 has messed a lot of things up. Can you restore via a snapshot to 10.14.6?
