Mojave or Safari Issue?

Hello, my iMac 2013 i5 24G memory runs Mojave 10.14.3 quite fine but there's a bug and I need your help to find out if it's a Mojave or Safari 12.3 issue. See the two pics attached. On Flickr: Safari 12.3 in 'People' view displays the pics in total disorder as opposed to SafariTechnologyPreview 12.2 which displays pictures in the usual way. Someone has a clue? I don't.
