Im getting close to pushing to mac app store.
This app is basically like the emoji apps on the store, but with one big difference... it will enter the text in the textfield for you and allow you to type emoji after emoji without an annoying UX.
Some of the gestures are arrow up/down/left/right for navigation, gesture swipes up/down/left/right for navigation.
Known bugs - v.0.0.1
Closing prefs window closes emoji window also even if set to persist.
Scrolling with swipes on emoji pages can have odd pulsating stutter.
Switches in prefs dont respond to mouse drags.
Hotkeys not enabled.
bottom(secret) button not enabled.
The app will get a lot of polish before it gets submitted. Some of the ui/ux quirks and annoyances will be fixed also. Looking to have 1 more beta(with hotkeys) and then go to MAS this weekend.
REQUIREMENTS
MAC OSX LION
64 BIT
Please try and let me know what you think.. I know its a basic app but what was out there was pretty bad and this was really quick and handy.
