It seems there was a recent update, one that now causes momentary dropouts in audio. It’s been happening a couple of months now.

I’ve done a full reset and nothing

It lasts about a full second and happens often enough that I’m ready to take this thing to the shooting range and put it out of my misery.

Been working great since I bought it, close to when it first came out.

Now, with no hardware changes, there is this dropout

Another issue, unrelated to audio, is that the moving from tile to tile locks up after the first move.

I had the same problem with my Bose setup. You have to go into audio and make sure it is not default to: auto select atmos. Turn that off and select 5.1 if you have it. Every time you update the atv it will reset this.
