Moments - Duplicate photos due to photostream

Anyone noticed this, if you have photo stream on, it will also show up in moments causing duplicate photos.

Has anyone found a way to disable photo stream in moments only rather than system wide?

yes. guess its caused on the fact that I synch back the monthly photostream.
did you find a solution for this?

I don't have duplicates for some reason. Photo stream is on as well as sharing. This includes pictures that I have taken and pictures sent to me that end up in Photo stream.

I have them on, same as you. The duplicating still happens.
