Momentum scrolling not working in safari. iOS8 iPhone 6+

This is bothering me a lot while trying to browse some sites, is it just a setting I need to turn on?

I'm having the same issue, it's bizarre that it doesn't work on webpages, but everywhere else.

Funny I thought the same thing a number of times on my 6+.

Happened to me on my iPad last night. I rebooted and it seems better.

Tried rebooting, didn't seem to do anything. Hoping this isn't new behavior in iOS 8.

I tried Mercury browser, and the scrolling is amazingly fast.

Hold on, is the scrolling on the 6 plus more fluid like the iPad? Or is it more like the scrolling on the iPhone 5s and previous? Serious question, if it is like the iPad, I'll have to buy one.

Just noticed this on the iPhone 6. Must be something that was overlooked. 8.1 can't come fast enough!

8.02 did not fix the issue for me, Safari is still not scrolling as fast as other apps.
