Yes, animals are not as stupid as we often think.

But I'd think twice before picking up a Mother Goose's offsprings. Geese can be x10 more aggressive and more territorial than ducks or similar waterfowl.

Preachin' to the choir. Canadians know from birth to stay away from Canada geese. All kidding aside, it's quite common for memos to go out to employees for things like "do not use the west entrance as geese have taken it over" or "be aware of the goose at the front of the building when coming and going; two employees have already been severely injured from attacks"
