Monitor and TV combo recommendation

Looking for a monitor that has a TV tuner and I can hook various mac/pc's into for computer work. Looking for 19-21" and great bang for the buck. Doesn't have to be the super best, above avg and problem free is the target.

Anyone using one they recommend or know of one a friend has and likes?
