Monitor for MBA(2012)?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to purchase a monitor for my Macbook Air (2012).

I am considering buying a refurbished TBD, but they are currently out of stock. I'm also looking at the ASUS PB278Q and Dell U2713HM. I'm leaning towards the TBD because it comes with all the necessary ports and cables and for its beautiful design.

Would the the Asus and Dell even be compatible with my TB MBA? Is it worth shelling out the extra cash for the TBD?

I will primarily be using it for graphic design.
