I am a windows guy about to buy my first Mac! I was going to buy an iMac 27" 5K but realized that if I got a Macbook Pro 13" and a separate monitor I would end up with a 4k unit and could use the monitor for my current windows computer too (more versatility)
Could someone refer me to good sites about using external monitors or explain what I need to look out for etc please?
My current 3 year old Sony Vaio is only 1600 x900 resolution (I am not too worried about this as its old) and I plan to buy the new Macbook Pro 13". This would be my main computer
I am looking at non Apple monitors with 3840x1260 resolution
Such as dell up2414q
Dell P2715Q and P2415Q
Asus PB287Q
Are any of these monitors better or worst than others for using the Macbook Pro 13"?
I am green in this area so any advice would be appreciated
