Hello,
I have a Early 2013 MBP 13". I have a dual monitor setup with the MBP in clamshell mode. Recently I noticed an issue with my TB monitor when restarting.
the setup is as follows: MBP TB connection------>TBD--------->Thunderbolt ext HD------->HDMI monitor (via non apple branded mini display to HDMI cable)
Upon restart (in clamshell mode) the TBD will not show anything after moving on from the apple screen (before login). The HDMI monitor shows a desktop background. If I do a PRAM reset, all monitors display and default to mirror. However, once I setup the monitors as I like and try to reboot, the same problem arises.
Anyone else having this problem? It didn't happen in Mavericks.
Note: I can get the monitors to continue working properly when waking from sleep, so this seems to be a 'cold start' issue only.
Thanks in advance.
