monitor MacBook Air

Hallo,
i have the new MacBook Air "13.
I work in office and i have decided to buy a monitor for my MBA.
Can you give me advice about my decision?
The Apple Led Cinema Display is too expensive for me, i saw Samsung monitor but they are not IPS.
I'm trying to find a monitor IPS but not too expensive.

about 23-26".
In theory IPS is not fundamental (i'm not a designer or a photographer) but when i buy an electronic product i try to find a compromise between last technology and price.

Since you're based in Italy & I humbly feel that Dell produces very decent quality monitors, I'll suggest the following:
