I'm having a problem with my Mac Mini where the monitor it's attached to will not wake from sleep. This does not happen all the time, but more often than not I hit the keyboard or move the mouse and nothing happens to the monitor. If I turn the monitor off, then back on, I can get the display back, but it's an annoying fix. I'm at the point where I'd just rather have a black screensaver (which is definitely not energy-efficient).

Anybody else have the same problem? Monitor is a ~3 year old BenQ 24".

I searched the forums for a solution and found nothing of value.
