monitor stand with space for macbook pro

have a small workspace, and thinking about using an external monitor with a 13" rMbp (and an external keyboard etc). any thoughts? suggestions?

I use the wider one. Have 24" monitor on it, and my Mac mini sitting under it. Mini has a USB external DVD drive sitting on top of it, with about 1" of space to spare on top.

It should work fine for a MBP with an external monitor and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, but sounds like you want something smaller, so maybe the first one would be better for you. You didn't specify what you mean by "small workspace" though, so I've pasted links to both just in case.
