monitor switching boxes

looking for a device that do the following:

output from one HDMI port
to two different monitors (one is actual a projector with HDMI input)
I would like to be able to alternate between the two monitors
but also (and this is important) be able to put them both on at the same time.
(I know they would have to be mirroring each other, which is what I want, rather than being two different images.)

is there a good reliable device that does this? (I do have a little switcher now, but it can NOT output the image to both monitors at once, which is what I need.)

They sell those on amazon for about $20. Just search for HDMI splitter. There is one made by Gana that can be set for 1 to 2 or 2 to 1.

Be sure to read the details on any splitter that you might purchase. Many do not support 2 displays at one time.
