Monitor to match MBP Late 2009

I want the Apple 24" screen to go with my MBP but its just a little much for me. Sure, it has great features (power, USB, style) but $900??

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has found something that matches the screen on the MBP at a reasonable price.

Recent HP monitors are pretty similar in styling.

These should be very similar to any Apple Display minus the aluminum frame.

I personally would stay away from hp home monitors like suggested by the poster above.
