monitor trouble

HI ,
I have a EMAC , sometime it show some wave shake in horizontal.
I have take apart it and change some cap but it not well.
anyone know which one cap erro ,thanks very much.

i heard it happens a lot when you have the speaker volume turned up. could that be the cause?

but it is hardware erro.
I FOUND IT CAN WORK WELL WITH CHANGED C716 4N/2500V, AND C736 200N/400V ,C708 3U3/100V .

BUT I have another trouble ,if I change the screen wide <----> ,the picture shake quickly, If I change it default , it ok . why ?
