Installed windows 7 on a mac mini so is there a way to know the fan speed and adjust accordingly?

Seems like the GPU is hot at 53 deg C using speed-fan but the fan speed is not listed in there.

What programs you guys generally use to monitor essential system parameters when using windows on a mac?
