Monlingual / XSlimmer style application for Vista?

I have just installed Vista Business Edition 64-bit on my MacBook Pro. Now the business edition is supposed to be the slimmed down version but the installation is still huge.

On the mac I use monolingual or XSlimmer to remove any excess baggage from the operating system. Is there such an application for Windows?
