Monoprice, Mini Display to HDMI

Just wondering if there is a product like the one linked below, that WILL pass audio and video? I know Apple has the one on their website for around $40, but looking for something cheaper.

Hello Smalss,

Unfortunately most of our cables are displayport v1.1 and do not support audio.

If you have a Macbook Pro model that was made in 2010(April), this adapter will work for audio and video.

Was just hoping to eliminate the need for 2 cables (adapter and hdmi).
