Monster Digital 240 GB SSD slow?

Hey I'm new here and I just installed a Monster Digital 240 GB SSD (http://www.monsterdigital.com/sku/m...ata-6-gbs-solid-state-drive-858019003433.html) and I can only pull about a 240 write and 208 read which is half of the advertised speed. Any reason why?

I have the same issue.

But mine is only getting 144x174 on a New 2012 mac mini.

What mac are you using?

It's a sandforce based drive. They don't do very well with incompressible data. The BlackMagic test uses incompressible data.
