Monster Maker app

Is there any way to get this app? My daughter pulled her Monster Maker out of the closet after a couple years of non-use and really wants to use it tonight but I'm not having any luck finding it. It would have been many, many backups ago that I'm sure I don't have to find a copy of the old app and unfortunately it's been pulled from the App Store altogether.
