Monthly Bill Change?

Did anyones monthly bill change?

I was able to upgrade back in 11/09....my bill was 188. It's now 224.

I was under a family plan (1200 mins, unlimited text, unlimited data on 2 Bberrys and another line ) = $188. Sound crazy?

I'm kind of confused.

Not that I'm aware of. My father and I split the account. I'm not sure what's happening here.

Verizon Web Iphone order email will not reflect discounts

I got my iPhone order confirmation email and it didn't show the discount I get on the family plan and showed "dropped" blocks.

I called Verizon and they said I still would get the discount and all of my blocks were still in place. My only net change is the addition of the unlimited data plan charge.

I sure this will cause a lot of confusion.
