Mophie Case for 4S not working

Hello users. I have plugged in my mophie case for the night but the next morning, it was fully charged and the case was too, but later on in the day I needed to charge the phone via mophie case, and it wouldn't start charging my phone. I flicked the little switch but it didn't work. But if I plug it Into the wall it will start charging my phone. I would just like to mobile charge my phone on the go for the money I paid for. Help would be much appreciated.

Did you try looking at the Mophie website. Is perhaps the battery in the Mophie past the end of useful life? How long have you had the Mophie?

I, too, am having this exact same issue and I just bought it a few weeks ago.

Ironically, I bought it for a vacation and didn't have this problem until I had arrived on vacation, yesterday.

The case was working fine with no issues until yesterday, and I haven't dropped/abused my case in any manner.
