I have a Mophie case for iPhone 6s plus and it's making an antenna noise like a radio when I have it plugged into the phone when not on the phone the phone does not make the antenna noise what can be causing the issue.

Sounds to me like a problem with the battery in the case rather than the antenna in the phone. I've had phones come in for repair making a similar noise when the battery is close to death. If the noise is gone without the case, then clearly the case is to blame, and I'm confident this is a battery issue rather than anything else, especially because you're using a Mophie (which I assume is a juice pack).

I would leave the case off, as this could develop into a fire hazard or worse. And contact Mophie about arranging a replacement; Lithium batteries that make noises are definitely dangerous.

Update happen twice getting a second repalacment other question can I use any micro usb to charge the case and phone together or has to be originally charger that came with case

Wow, I was just looking at this case to possibly purchase it. The $99 price made me think twice and I walked away. I remember old cellphones back in the day making noises when plugged into cheap chinese chargers (the touch screen wouldn't work well either). How unfortunate for such an expensive case. Guess I'll stick with my external battery. Thanks for taking the time to let us know your experience.

I’m not sure if you still are using a mophie case, but here is some helpful info: your phone will make noises while being in the case because phones always make noises when charging if you listen carefully. It is nothing to be afraid of and it won’t blow up.
