Is there a way to get a replacement screen protector for the mophie juice pack pro? The one that is actually connected to the case. And is there anything that I can do about the case interfering with the flash and screwing up pictures. Thanks

The best thing to do is call or email Mophie Support. Usually they come w/1 year warranty so if you bought the Mophie Juice Pack Pro before the warranty, they should be able to help you. Aside from that I honestly don't think that there's a way you can fix the case from flash/picture issues. IMO most cases mess up flash anyway.
