I just got one of these and for those of you that use it, I'm wondering how much more battery life it actually adds. Mine only seems to add around 60-65% and I'm just wondering if that's the norm, or I have a defective product.

That's normal out of the box.

I get a little more, but for sure the recharge is not 100%.

Also the product never claims to charge the iPhone to 100%

It's meant to supplement battery run time.
