Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 4s question

I just bought an iPhone 4s with the apple care package, I wanted to buy a mophie Juice Pack Air for it, what I would like to know is if my warrenty will be voided

Another question is if I just but it and use it and something goes wrong with my phone, I take it to a Mac Genius will they find out if I used it?

The case will not void your warranty.
And
If something goes wrong with your iPhone that's not wear and tear, they will help you for 1 year.

I have this case and it easily comes off within seconds. It will not void your warranty and it is just like most other cases out there except it extends / chargers your battery.
