Mophie Juice Pack LED Does Not Light Up!!

Hello,
so I have a Mophies Juice Pack Air it does not show the 4 lights at the back but it does recharge my phone the issue I have is that I just dont know how charged the mophies is and then I got confused if it is charging or not so please any help i run on a Windows 7 (iphone 3g) Jailbroken (not unlocked)

exchange it? our AT&T store is pretty good about exchanges like this. I swapped mine after its LED's would come on and not go out unless I plugged it in to charge then unplugged it.
