Mophie Juice Pack Plus for Verizon 4

So i bought the Mophie Juice Pack Plus for $55 off of ebay with a seller with 100% rating. Unfornately, the fit on the iphone was made for the ATT model versus the 4, meaning the mute button is not alligned. I read that mophie updated the juice pack to fit both. Just wondering if there's anyone else in my situation and if there's a solution besides returning it, because I'm really like the case minus the fit.

I believe you have to return it

I have the Mophie Juice Pack for my Verizon iPhone 4 and have been pretty pleased with it, other than its bulkiness and weight. But I'd return it unless you NEVER use the mute button. It will be that one time when you need to mute it quickly that you'll regret not exchanging it!
