I just got my Juice Pack Plus case for my iPhone 5S, and had a question for anyone out there with this case: Is the slider switch for the mute button somewhat vague?

The other case buttons (sleep/wake, volume) work great. The mute switch feels decent when going from no-mute to mute, but there is no sense of actuation when going the other way.

I use that button on my phone a lot, and if my case has a problem, I'll return it, but if that's how they all are, I'll live with it.

BTW - Case works great with the iPhone 5S. No issues with the dual-flash.

mophie and iphone 5s

I have the same problem. I have the RED mophie. You can activate the mute function but it doesn't deactivate. I just created a trouble ticket with mophie.com. Waiting to see what to do next.

I just got a Juice Pack Plus and when switching to mute I feel the click, but when going back it doesn't really click, it does however un-mute the phone.

It's not a big deal, however sometimes it's just hard to tell if the phone actually un-mutes but most times it seems to.
