Mophie Mini First Charge?

So in the user manual it states regarding the Juicepack...

"Remember to charge it for one hour before putting it away the first time."

Does this mean charge for at least an hour, or are they suggesting I charge the Mophie for exactly one hour then unplug it? Thanks in advance for your help!

At least one hour is fine. Doesn't really matter THAT much how much you charge it first. Just charge it to max before using.
