Mophie today announced the launch of a new line of Speedport wall chargers that are powered by Gallium Nitride (GaN) for faster, more efficient power delivery.

There are several charger options with single, dual, and triple ports for powering laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more. Prices range from $15 to $100.
All of the Speedport chargers feature a similar design, adopting plastics made from 75 percent post-consumer recycled materials and foldable prongs for travel.

With the exception of the Speedport 67 with integrated cable, all of the new chargers are available for purchase from the Mophie website as of today.

The higher power ones look huge compared to anker’s versions, is that an optical illusion or are they really that chunky?

I'm a little confused. On (the only one I looked at,) the 45 watt one, this picture says 45Wx2, so does that mean 45W for each plug, so it's a max of 90? That would be cool, as I was expecting 45W total, as either 45x1 or something like 30W + 15W if two devices got plugged in. The tech spec just says 45W, however, which makes me think it's the latter.

If you expand the pictures you would see, Single connection 45W Max, Multi Connection 40W Max. So, it's not even total 45W if both the output are in use!

From the attached photo in the article: Why did they design it to cover the other outlet????

Anker’s 140w charger measures at 69 × 69 × 36 mm. Mophie’s 140w charger is 31.5 × 68 × 84 mm.

So yeah, it’s a little bigger in volume. And Anker’s is cheaper.
Some Anker Prime charges have a display that accounts for larger dimensions.

The Anker Prime 140W has x3 USB-C and x1 USB-A, in contrast along with that price Anker has an advantage and provides a 240W 5ft cable to boot.

I am glad they put the ports on top rather than on the side of the charger. Hate the design Apple used for their multi-port charger.

Seems like they are good chargers. Think they are priced ok. Good that there are two ports at least.

It is written on the plug—45W by each port.

These seem pretty good, finally something with two or three USB C ports without the USB A port! All other companies are adding the USB A port also.

Dual USB C 70W one seems pretty good to me, I was expecting Anker to make one, I assume they will release theirs in the upcoming months.

I am curious about the Speedport Plus 67, so the total W including the cable would be 67W? or it is 60W for the cable and 67W divided in the two USB C ports = 127W in total?

It literally says 2X 45W and has 45W written by each port.

(outside US and keep getting directed to their EU website where the product isn’t available, so can’t see other information for context)

UPDATE: Just read about this product on Amazon. It’s totally misleading. It says 2x 45W

Which obviously means each port is limited to 45W and ports collectively add up to a total of 90W—except if you scroll down to the tiny marketing chart it lists all of their plugs and by this one it seems to say (WTAF), they are straight up misleading the consumer. This product offends me something special. If this below information is true how they market this product is intentionally misleading, and now I kind of hate this company. Zagg their parent company is doing this.

Note to self: avoid Zagg products from now on. What absolute dicks.

I completely agree that it is misleading how they communicate it. On the EU version of the side there is no information on the specs: what is individual output if used simultaneously, no dimensions posted as of 11.12 noon as well.

I don't like this approach.
