I've just upgraded to SL, and even though everything seems to work fine so far, i think Apple's GUI designers are getting more inconsistent over the last year. It all began with abandoning of the load progress bar in Safari 4, being replaced with that horrendous reload button in the wrong place. Now there suddenly are translucent contextual menu's. And now overly contrasted windowframes like in iTunes 9.
