More Firewire Ports possible?

Dear all,
I am using my iMac for music production and for personal purposes. I d like to know if its possible to have more Firewire ports on iMac because only ONE port is not enough!

Not yet, but maybe once the TB-FireWire adapter is available.
You could also buy a Firewire hub or look into daisy chaining, as Firewire is capable of that.

^what he said! Daisychaining should work well, however if you encounter problems with I/O on your mbox/soundcard you should give daisychaining a miss.
