I apologize if this has been posted already. Also, take this information with a grain of salt.

I just called up T-Mobile to ask if they had any more information on my order.
On September 21, 2013 around 5 PM PST I placed an order for the iPhone 5s 32 GB Gold, and the rep said that they would be getting more shipments around October 1st to 3rd, with estimated delivery for people w/ next day shipping around October 2nd to 4th. People that ordered 5-7 day shipping would get it around October 8th to 15th.

I also ordered my phone on Saturday the 21st, but around 2pm. The lady told me that it was going to be automatically back ordered and it might take up to two weeks to ship it..

This morning though I received a text from Tmobile saying my phone was shipped, I also checked my account online and it says it's shipped via UPS. So my phone it's on its way :)

I was supposed to receive my phone yesterday, but the last update stated "Train Derailment" on Wednesday. And i still havent gotten a freaking update  !

How long does it take to deliver after a derailment?!?!

Which color did you get?

So monday in my case? I hope so...

I've only seen the "Train Derailment" status on my UPS packages in the past. (I've never seen this with FedEx), when calling UPS, they have always said next business day.

Might be worth a few minutes of your time to call the Shipping carrier.

I'll probably call them soon...

All of this for an iPhone that probably has dead pixels or a loose screen or some other issue...
