So a few weeks ago you guys helped me out by suggesting I stop putting my hard drives to sleep after suffering through several freeze-ups. That worked well for a while. Over the past two days, however, I have not been able to successfully complete a backup on my Time Capsule.

It will get as far as "Finishing" but never cease and as soon as I click on another app in my dock my computer will basically freeze and not let me restart nor force quit anything - I am thus forced to manually reboot. I have had to manually reboot ~10 times in 2 days (needless to say that's beyond acceptable).

I have the Dashboard Time Machine Widget installed and some of the output contains this:

Starting standard backup
Attempting to mount network destination using URL: afp://Joshua%20Leffell@Joshua-Leffells-Time-Capsule.local/TC
Mounted network destination using URL: afp://Joshua%20Leffell@Joshua-Leffells-Time-Capsule.local/TC
Disk image /Volumes/TC-1/Joshua Leffell’s Mac Pro_002500eef8b8.sparsebundle mounted at: /Volumes/Backup of Joshua Leffell’s Mac Pro
Backing up to: /Volumes/Backup of Joshua Leffell’s Mac Pro/Backups.backupdb
Event store UUIDs don't match for volume: Macintosh HD
Node requires deep traversal:/ reason:must scan subdirs|new event db|
No pre-backup thinning needed: 778.4 MB requested (including padding), 675.13 GB available

There was a spotlight indexing error in prior attempts but I removed the Time Capsule from spotlight indexing.

Any idea why this is happening? I am extremely frustrated that I spent this amount of money on a machine that I have had to manually reboot more often than any non-Mac I have owned.

What should I do? Thanks in advance for your help and sorry about the long post.
