More notification issues

In keeping with all the notifications issues... I have an iPhone 8 running 14.3 and I'm not getting notifications from Ring or Gmail (possibly others, those are just the ones I'm noticing most). They're also not coming through to my Watch. Others, like Outlook and Reminders are working fine. Over the last few days, it wasn't until I opened Gmail that I saw I had new messages. (Normally, I'd have the red bubble with the number at the very least. Even that's not registering now.) My Ring cameras also aren't notifying me, which is really annoying as I've come to depend on those to tell me when the pizza is being delivered, among other things. Notifications are all turned on and should be displaying. At least Outlook is still alerting me to my work emails... I thought 14.3 was supposed to fix this?
