Has anyone out their tried Safari 5 portable? I managed to download it (thru mac) and install it on a flash drive (thru pc) and it worked fine until I tried it on the school PC. Opened the first page fine and then blooey. I don't have admin on this thing and I'm trying to get my macbook and the PC to cooperate. (Open my web archives to put in Onenote for instance.) Anyone know if this is a bug in Safari portable or the flash drive? Or something on the PC (which I probably can't fix.)

Also I just flat hate the IE installed on it.
Coincidentally or not I tried Firefox portable too, but that seemed to have problems because another version was already on the system rather than due to a bug.

The flash was formatted NTFS by the way and worked normally beforehand. Afterward I put it back in the Mac and the finder went nuts. I'm (obviously) not using it anymore. But I don't know what was the chicken and what was the egg.
