Bumping this as the efforts for more consistency aren't working:


Either shutdown comments or tag the thread "political news". I don't think you can discuss the complexities of AI implementation in country X without discussing the government imposed "restrictive security, privacy, and content obligations, which demands that any public AI technology obtains regulatory approval" in country X.

This is what I call bait and suspend.

I'd say this is at least half of what the article is about which is why I requested move to "political news".

Other than that, if you don't think "technical issues of working with Baidu" are not directly caused by the Chinese government I have a bridge to sell you, on the cheap! 😉




I really don't see the point in having any article about a Chinese company not tagged Political News as they one with the Chinese government.
