I've installed clipwrap to rewrap my .mts files to QuickTime, but was also wondering if it's possible to copy the .mts files back onto the camera and import them from the camera? If so is either way more preferable than the other, and which would take up less storage space?

A lot of my old video footage it 1080 interlaced, is it possible to convert this to 1080 progressive so that it plays better on my Mac? Are there any players out there for the Mac that can play interlaced footage well?

Cheers.
