I want to buy a 13" MBP, and thought I'd buy it and upgrade to Snow Leopard at the reduced price. But I was wondering...

Since SL supports huge amounts of RAM, is it likely that Apple will do a minor update and increase the amount of RAM supplied?

I want to be up-to-date as long as possible, and wouldn't have a clue how to upgrade RAM myself. So what are the chances of a minor update next month?

Thanks!

Not for a while. Most people only *need* 2 GB....people upgrade from 2 to 4GB in the 13" MBP is a huge money cow for Apple right now.

I say 4GB won't be standard for another year
