just updated Watch Player app and notes say

-Video-Podcasts will play only audio due to restricted watchOS API

-Output of sound from speaker of Apple
Watch is NO LONGER possible due to
restricted watchOS API

I really don’t understand why Apple disable so many functions on their devices by neutering or deleting apps ( like Launcher on iPhone etc).
